Dhiren Ved founder Vieva Intech was working with Motor Surveyors and was also creating a online claims assessment solution since 2002. This made him create his vision product Motoveys ( Copyright Vieva Intech) – a first online claims management solution ( from intimation, assessment till finalization) in India.
It was in 2005 during Mumbai floods when Motoveys was used by its surveys and IFFCO Tokio General Insurance in its CSC3 zone. We achieved reduce average Claim TAT from 3 months to 32 days then. Just by online controlling surveyor assessment and documentation resulted in drastic saving in their Average Claim Cost (ACC).
Post that we created products for Risk Inspections(MotoPI), the end to end motor claims solution that aids companies with their Dealer SLAs, Real time claims Provisioning, Watchdogs for Leak Prevention etc. The product had/is been used by IFFCO, Reliance General Insurance, Universal Sompo General Insurance, Shriram General Insurance, L&T General Insurance.We also introduced concept of mobile assessment by Surveyors in way back in 2012.

With his academic background ( qualifications of B.Com, CAIIB, BGL, FIII, FCS and MBA) he has all round exposure/experience in banking, Investments,insurance including technical departments,Secretarial and Accounts and Audit Functions.He had served at The New India Assurance Co ltd for about 36 years in various positions including that of Company Secretary and Financial Advisor and retired as Director and General Manager.
He had headed the company as CMD in 2011-2012 for about an year.. He had been on the Board of NIA from 2007 to 2014. In addition he had represented the Company in the Boards of Stock Holding Corporation of India ltd, GIC housing ,India International Singapore, Foreign Subsidiaries of NIA in West Indies and Nigeria and Saudi Arabia (a Joint Venture with LIC) .
Mr. Jignesh Ved (BE), Consultant Business Strategy and Technology has been with Vieva Intech since 2012 (2012- current). He has been spearheading Vieva Product and has been key in Rolling our Vieva Intech Products across all its customers. His latest ones being Vieva Products Digitally enabled with Artificial Intelligence and Social Media features.
Prior to this Mr. Jignesh worked at Microsoft India Pvt Limited (2000-2011) as Senior Engagement Manager for Microsoft Consulting Services. During his stint in Consulting organization, he has provided technology consulting to multiple insurance and automobile companies like Reliance General Insurance, Reliance Life Insurance, HDFC Ergo General Insurance, ICICI Lombard General Insurance, Bajan Allianz General Insurance, Tata Motors Limited – Pune, Maruti Suzuki Limited - Gurgaon, Toyota Kirloskar Limited - Bangalore, Kirloskar Cummins Limited – Pune etc.
Prior to Microsoft Mr. Jignesh Ved worked as Assistant Consultant with Tata Consultancy Services – TCS (1994-2000). During his stint with TCS, he had provided services to AutoZone – Memphis USA (one of the top automobile retailers in the USA) for different systems.
