Does VSure Anytime Warranty can be purchased for any Private Car or Two Wheeler?
No, Eligibility to buy VSure Anytime Warranty program is as below:
Private car: Any car which is less than 07 year old and has driven less than 1 lac Kms.
Two Wheeler: Any two wheelers which is less than 05 year old and has driven less than 50,000 Kms.
What is covered under VSure Anytime Warranty Program?
Customer is eligible for below benefits while the program is active:
Repair or replacement of parts in case of any mechanical or electrical breakdown
24x7 Emergency Roadside Assistance
Motor Claims Assistance
Free pick up & drop in case of any above service requirements
What parts are covered under Warranty Service of the VSure Warranty Program?
Private Car: Engine, Engine Management System, Transmission, Front wheel & Rear wheel Drive,
Steering & Suspension, Braking System, AC system, Electrical System, Safety and Electronic System
subjected to T&C’s Mentioned in the VSure Anytime Warranty Product document.
Two Wheeler: Engine, Transmission, Electrical Items, Brake System subjected to T&C’s Mentioned in
the VSure Anytime Warranty Product document.
When do my VSure Anytime Warranty Program starts?
Plan starts from date of health check subject to vehicle being certified and acceptable for warranty.
Warranty services commence after 15 days from Program start date and high end vehicles
Warranty services commence after 30 days from Program start date.
What are the steps that I should follow to keep my Warranty benefit active?
Ensure you service your vehicle at manufactured or Vieva authorized workshops. Preserve all the
documents of service for future concerns
Is my VSure Anytime Warranty Program identical to my Motor Insurance policy?
No, Motor Insurance and VSure Program are two different things, VSure Warranty triggers in an
event of mechanical or electrical breakdown and Motor Insurance triggers in an event of accident or
external impact to the vehicle.
What are common reasons wherein my service request under Warranty service may get rejected
and how to avoid those?
- Vehicle maintenance services are not proper, either skipped or delayed
- Vehicle is repaired/serviced outside OEM or Vieva authorized workshop
- Negligence resulting in consequential loss (For example, in case of black smoke or oil
leakage through any component and if the vehicle is driven in spite of warnings then there
are high chances of other parts getting damaged) and such related losses are not covered
Is periodic service like changing oil, filters, etc. covered under VSure Program?
No, these are mandatory services which should be done by you to keep your vehicle away from any
potential failures
Am I eligible for any privileges like Roadside Assistance and Pick up & Drop services?
Yes, under the VSure Program you are eligible for 24x7 Emergency Roadside Assistance for any
accidental or mechanical breakdown. Free Pick up Drop service is available only event which is
covered under Warranty Service or any Accidental Claim under your Motor Insurance Policy.
Do I get any Warranty for the parts repaired or replaced in event of a Warranty Service taken?
Yes, all the prevailing norms by respective OEM’s shall be applicable and shall be facilitated by us.
